Dan leads the ICL Growing Solutions North America team, championing growth, innovation, and market leadership for ICL's agriculture division portfolio. He directs all Ag Crop Nutrition activities in North America, fostering close collaboration across sales, agronomy, and marketing to ensure alignment with customers' goals for crop nutrition, sustainability, and profitability. With over 25 years of industry experience—from Sales Representative to VP of Global Sales with legacy organizations—Dan has cultivated expertise working with globally recognized firms like BASF & Syngenta as well as regional start-ups like Vive Crop Protection. Dan holds a BS in Agri-Business Management from Michigan State University. He also received an MBA from the Kenon Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
